I have finally come to a conclusion that humans are not actually apes but more like a genetically enhanced ape or Apelien and was the aliens last hope for survival. "Humans" are actually a project of aliens that tested technological enhancement of the mind on the primitive apes and mixing in their own alien DNA to observe how they would technologically evolve and adapt on Earth. Project H.U.M.A.N.S. stood for High-tech Universally Modified Alienated Natural Species. The reason why humans cannot use 100% of their brain is because the primitive ape DNA inside humans is acting as a catalyst or a safety measure to prevent humans from gaining so much knowledge because the aliens were near extinction due to the fact that their technology became too advanced and was constantly evolving that they started to run out of natural resources that they destroyed their own home planet. Even now they observe us constantly while retaining their age through the highly advanced cryo stasis freezing sleep chamber that freezes the aging process of the body but keeps the mind alive through the perspective lucidity of the psyche diving communication system that connects their brains to a camera and other aliens in cold sleep that observes us, debate about us, watching us.... even while they have their eyes closed
