Imi place foarte mult profilul tau, dar pentru inceput vreau sa-ti prezint o reteta de orez cu lapte. Ingrediente pentru orez cu lapte 150g orez 600-700ml lapte 3 linguri zahar 1 vârf de cuțit sare coajă de lămâie/portocală scorțisoara pudra.
Orezul se spala si se fierbe 5 minute cu o cana de apa, pana se umfla putin. Se adauga laptele cald si sarea. Orezul cu lapte se fierbe la foc mic, amestecand des, pana cand orezul a fiert. Se adauga zaharul si coaja de lamaie, se mai lasa putin la fiert si se stinge focul. Se serveste rece cu scortisoara pudra deasupra sau cu dulceata de visine ori alta dulceata pe gustul tau (de preferat una putin mai acrisoara, ♥♥♥ ar fi dulceata de gutui). De asemenea, orezul cu lapte se poate servi chiar și cu fructe. Se spală câteva fructe( căpșuni, afine, zmeură sau o nectarină), se taie felii si se adauga deasupra orezului.
