After putting many hours and a couple years into the game I thought it would be time for a review.

I don't recommend this game for anyone who cannot handle a toxic environment or if you get angered easily. Dead by Daylight has many toxic survivors and killers who will purposely try to annoy you or they will tunnel and camp you because you cleansed their Hex totem (or they'll just tunnel and camp you because they really are not good at being a killer).

I truly enjoy playing this game with my group of friends. I met them through the game and we've been grouping up ever since every night. It's difficult to play Dead by Daylight if you don't have a good group of friends to survive with. Running solo queues can sometimes get really boring and/or challenging because other survivors may be greedy and not unhook you or they don't have the same game-plan as you.

Dead by Daylight is honestly super unbalanced and the developers don't pay much mind to the bugs they have. They'll attempt to cover it up with new killers and survivors, or they'll update something the game doesn't need. It's annoying but it's something you have to get used to if you want to play the game.

The developers rework the maps, balance changes, the new perks and killers are completely unbalanced. Killers are either overpowered and survivors are either underpowered (I'm honestly worried for the new killer and survivor update.)
Crossplay is totally laughable. If you disable it you'll be sitting in matchmaking for hours for a simple ten-to-fifteen minute gameplay.

In all, I really can't recommend this game to anyone. If you're insane, please be my guest and be a part of this community. If you're sane, I wouldn't. Stay away and run.
