I don't know why people slander Fallout 3 just because of its writing personally for me, its a good game. My experience with the game was phenomenal. I was highly engaged in exploring the Capitol Wasteland especially the DC Ruins. Eventually I got distracted by exploring and the side quests that I forgot about the main quests.The DLC'S are good it was fun doing all of them, but my personal favorite is Point Lookout just because of the atmosphere and vibe. I highly recommend this game as your first Fallout game if you haven't played one, then eventually move into Fallout 4 then New Vegas or the Classic Fallout games. In conclusion, its a good game you can invest hours into and get engaged into the world of the Capitol Wasteland.
