Stop Crying about performance, this Texture Pack is for a reason not included in the base game files. If you don't have a Top End PC then don't install and stop complaining. Works on my 5090 just fine.

Does have its Issues but very Fun.
Game doesn't handle many players good, i am getting with a pretty High-End PC an Average of 50 FPS in high populated areas (est. more than 8 players).
Still the Game is pretty Fun, drifting feels pretty good, Graphics are Nice and the Car customization is good.
Except the problem with multiple Players in an Area the performance is Good
