Great graphics, great music great moves.

Since the last update the game is inoperable: the mouse cursor overlays the game, both in normal and Vulkan playmode so I have no control whatsoever of the weapon or moving direction.
I have tried updating the drivers, countless game and computer restarts.
Also i tried changing the game resolution, full screen, windowed, borderless window mode.
I tried disabling Overlay fot Ubisoft Connect and Steam.

Mouse cursor is still there.
I tried fixing the damn thing for so long I got 3 steam trading cards while I was at it...

1. As immersive as the game might be, It has far too many bugs for my liking. Considering it has been launched years ago, the developers didn`t do a good job patching it.
2. There are tasks in the main questline that i simply can not finish due to bugs. The only way to get past them is to load a saved game that will make me replay many MANY hours. Console commands not helping with that.
3. Black loading screen is a fun killler. Every few minutes it has to load something and you get a black screen for 8-10-12 seconds. You want to access the map? You get a black screen and you have to wait 8-10 seconds. Fast traveling? You have to see a pawn moving on the map (boooring) and after that... you get a black screen and you wait 8-10-12 seconds.
I have died more in this game because of black-loading-screen boredom than because of the enemies...
And i really have a fast moving computer with 2 video cards, 64 GB of RAM...
So... i`ve wasted some money and too many hours just to get bored.
Time to uninstall and move on.

The game is not finished, there are only 3 models you can control.
It has potential but there is only one developer working on it, so the progress is so slow i`m expecting it to start going backwards anytime now.
Almost 2 years since it was launched as an early access beta and not much progress since then.
We were shown some things to come more than half a year ago, but the only thing that we got was a promise.

Played the game first. Liked it a lot, so I purchased it.
Then I played it again.
Third time is still a charm.

Quite an interesting and complex story, good quality renders.
Could use some more clothing variety,
The girls in the game are.... Oh dear, how can I put it?

Getting a divorce so I can wake up beside Chloe every morning? Definitely!
Dreaming of fooling around with Aubrey every night? Check!
Searching all the internet to get th Daz 3D files used to render Nora so that I can move with her in VR? I`m already there, and I`m not coming back anytime soon.

one year after it`s been released and yet there are so many bugs and it still feels unfinished...
NOT worth the full price, maybe buy it on a 75% discount..

instead of being a pleasure to play it on and on, I put it on fast forward just to finish the story.
On ultra high platinum diamond quality full ray HDR settings it still looks like a game from many many years ago...

Also, it has got TONS of:
- texture bugs (certain clothing make the whole scene flicker),
- cinematic scenes are a bust, with artifacts appearing / disappearing...
- lighting bugs (certain lights also make the whole scene flicker, or lighting not displaying properly after o reload or unless you reload),
- dialogue bugs (overlapping dialogues),
- quest bugs (items not apearing or not being able to scan them)...
- items thrown into the game that are not being used (some mods, upgrades, BDs)
- a skill tree with so many options you`ll never get to upgrade unless you use a trainer (not mentioning many skills are useless)
- weapon upgrading uses componnets based on how many times you uograde them to bring it to your level instead of weapon level
- various bugs of using hacking (security systems or cameras turned off that still identify you, or something unknown and unidentifiable that just reveals your position after a reload)
- police or gangs randomly start shooting you (after a reload or until you reload a saved game)
- civilians and cars on the streets pass through each other (highly immersive - NOT!) just to bump into you or run you over
- car handling is a complete joke, you can better drive a car onto a wet, oily road, steering with your left foot
- calling your vehicle is also bugged, many times it just spawned inside another NPC car passing on the street and i could not use it.
- you can not choose a default vehicle or customize it.
- most clothes are just.. oh... HORRIBLE! had to take a detour to nexusmods to find something more pleasurable to put on my V. What`s with the hazmat or space suits?! And all the pants are loose and shaggy...
- photography mode is crappy at most (much better in Tomb Raiders, for example) and, with that lighting and clothes options and textures it is 90% crap.
- for me, pressing the quit game button results in a crash. It serves its purpose but not how it is intended.
-another bad thing: it is possible to run multiple instances of the game.

And these without getting to finer details.

Conclusion:
Like..... really?! That all the devs could do for this game?
After years of working on it, postponing and blowing the first release, one year of patching it and you still have so many problems?!
Not something i am going to play again any time soon (another few more years).

If that is how 2077 is gonna look like just shoot me now! I`m going back in time because:

Had better looking clothes in Skyrim back in 2011...
Had better cars and handling in GTA V...
Had better hacking in Watchdogs 2...
Had better story and "romance" in Mass Effect...
Had better textures and lighting in Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

The devs did a pretty good job in updating this trilogy to better graphics.
Not nice to hide Miranda`s back from us.
The fans improved it even more, get a look on nexusmods, the videos there are far superior to what you get from the game. plus you can unlock what the devs tried to hide :)
