I think I fetishize people with back and chest acne?
It’s not that I’m ~sexually~ turned on by the thought of squeezing sebum out of their dilated pores but it def gets my endorphin juices flowing. Sometimes if I see a guy with a lot of thick black heads on his body I will seduce him with sex to get them naked and then when we are done just pick at him for hours.
