Let me first give the TLDR, I do not recommend this game, because of how boring it is and how predictable the story is. The only reason I played this game was because I got it for free.

Now for the review,

The good:
- The game looks good
- The controls are easy to pick up
- The core story concept

The bad:
- The game runs horrible! I'm on a RX6900 XT and no matter the resolution your FPS will jump from 120-60~ non stop, with it some times hitting 40FPS~. They obviously didn't do a good job at loading in assets thus causing the stuttering.
- The combat is boring. How boring? So boring that it took me a year to finish the game. It's dodge left, dodge right, swing or shoot. It requires no brain power or skill, just patience. The only time it's a challenge is if you're getting attacked by multiple enemies. Even then you can just grab them and throw them into spikes or over an edge.
- Very few enemy types and they all get beat the same way
- How SLOW it makes you walk a large part of the game. I think they did this on purpose to make the game seem longer. Cause as you can see I beat this game in 14.6 hours with me going slow looking for everything. But HOLY HELL when you can run it's so damn slow that it doesn't matter.
- Story is very short, which is a positive for me because I just wanted it over. But if it was a decent game it would be way too short.
- Why can't I look at my upgrades without being at a workstation/3D printer?! Super DUMB!
- How the audio logs are stored. Like seriously who thought it was a good idea to store them like that? They should be organized based on level/chapter, then as such, (name of audio log), (author of the log).
- No map! It's hard to tell where you've been without a map. This game is based way into the future and you're going to tell me they won't have the technology built into the suits?
- All the guns are boring and only 2 are worth a damn.

Conclusion:
There's a bunch a more little things but I don't care enough to type anymore. The game is everything wrong with modern games, pretty but NOT FUN. Why play a game if it's not FUN?! This was supposed the be the spiritual successor to Dead Space. How can you look at Dead Space and learn nothing from it except "we is in da space and dur iz a virus". This was so poorly executed that the devs have to show up everyday in clown makeup. To wrap things up, don't get this game even on sale. It's not worth it, you will regret it. I got it for free and I regret playing it! 14.6 hours of my life wasted.

Great game, but poor port for AMD cards.

I got this game right when i saw it on steam cause i knew it'd be good just like the first one. This game is the finishing story to the first game(no spoilers here). It's a point and click puzzle game that any age can enjoy. It's very pretty, fun, and has a very interesting story. Is this just like the first one and just a rehash....not really. Unlike the first one you are doing multiple puzzles at once having to constantly switch back and fourth while navigating an entire room. I promise you will enjoy this game. There's a reason this game has a cult following lol. Now for the bad....it's IMO not as challenging as the first game till the end. At the end you feel kinda thown to the wolves, because you have no real clue what to do next. Other than that no complaints. My only suggestion for the devs is make things more elaborate and make the player use more of there own knowledge. So they can't just power through it. 10/10 would recommend till next time Fireproof I can't wait :)
