DO NOT BUY THIS GAME unless you consistently have wifi. The EA app makes the game unable to run without it. Not worth the money (Over $1000 including all dlcs) for a game that doesn't even work offline.

Such Art is a joy to play. I haven't painted since high school but you don't need to be all that experienced to get into the game. I love that there's a wide variety of tools and I can make my own colors so easily. I've already gotten to the end of the story twice and I'm still hooked!

I really wanted to enjoy this game, the overall vibe is awesome. The music is fantastic, the text-to-speech adds a level of humor that elevates the already funny dialogue, and the entire concept is great. The minigames are weird, and usually fun. They subvert expectation, for sure. However, without giving clear direction or instruction, some were impossible to actually complete the mini game without spending a lot of time figuring out the mechanics.

Sometimes that's not an issue as the minigame is intuitive, like the burger minigame or the banana/orange minigame, but I found myself frustrated more than half the time with the lack of guidance. Not everyone will take issue with that. I just didn't like that a good portion of minigames I had to skip because I was unable to figure out how they worked or was unable to get a bronze metal due to the complexity.

If you do plan on purchasing this game, make sure you're in the right mood to be patient. Otherwise you might find yourself disappointed with the overall experience as I was.

I've had Outriders since around launch. They've fixed a lot of issues since then - I never CTD anymore or anything like that. The story was unexpectedly good. Not amazing but I was surprised a few times at how the story went. Most of the gameplay is fighting, and the guns as well as the powers are enjoyable. I found myself grinding and beating the game before all of my other friends even though I got it a couple days later, and even now replaying it, I just wanna play all day. My biggest concern is that it costs so much to add mods to gear. Also that the hair colors are unrealistic and limited. Even the black is really just a dark-ish grey?? But that's really all that I can complain about. Solid game IMO.

It's vibrant, cute, and completely absurd. I love creating adorable abominations via breeding and I can see myself putting tons more hours into this. Well worth the purchase!

Days Gone is one of the few games out there that actually instilled fear in me. Some of the enemies you'll have to face are intimidating as can be. Easy mode felt like insane difficulty, and I had to learn from mistakes to get past some of the harder missions. The story is pretty good, though it felt a tad fast-paced. I certainly got attached to some of the characters by the end and was rooting for Deacon the whole time. If you're looking for a challenge or a good story, this is absolutely a hit.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is not what I expected. I assumed this would be like GTA, except in a western setting. I was pleasantly surprised instead to be met with a well-written, expansive, impressive experience. Having played through the main story already once, I've already started again as the experience was so mesmerizing and fun that I want to play it again. Story aside, the land itself feels so alive. No matter where you go, there are animals of some kind. Strangers, people that need help, bandits, other folks on horseback or carriages will be there, traveling same as you. Plenty of customization for the main character Arthur, guns are realistic and can be customized as well, and - my favorite - you can pet dogs. If that won't convince you, IDK what will.

As of right now, I've only completed Season 2, Episode 3. However, even this early on, this game pulls me in. I highly recommend this game if you like story games where your choices matter. It really does feel like my choices in-game matter to an extent!

Saints Row IV is a blast. I loved SR3 but SR4 takes the chaos to a whole new level. The super powers are super fun, we finally get an MP3 player instead of needing a vehicle for music, and the weapons are awesome. The story could be better, but it could be nonexistent for how entertaining this game is. Give it a shot!

I bought Far Cry 5 without ever playing a previous game in the franchise. I didn't know what to expect, honestly. I was pleasantly surprised when it turned out to be more fun than Fallout 4. The story, the animations (mostly for guns, super satisfying), the way you can slide under bushes and take out cultists with knives... All contributed to an amazing experience I replayed a few times. I'll probably play again after writing this.
