IDK why so many negative reviews... It's a pretty fun game. Played 12 hrs in one day after I bought it.
Artstyle is amazing, and a lot of small details is really neat (like you can click on the bell, and it will ring; or the snowballing little girl, her snowball in the card would GROW with her attack power.)

I do agree that it's a pretty hard game tho. Only beat the final boss twice so far. But it's a roguelite, so ...
some of the suggestions would be good improvements. The dev is very responsive and I appreciate that.

Rouge-like 4x game (maybe 3X? ) Very fun. Different scenarios changes how to play the game and priorities for strategy. Each game is also pretty fast (a couple of hours), compares to CIVs game, which are usually 50+ hours...

I agree with most of the YT reviewers: The combat is VERY VERY fun, but the story and writing is not that good. Plus the abbey is very badly implemented and designed (game-design wise), but they try so hard to make players to waste times in the abbey. Running around and collecting resources in a Turn-based strategy game？Please no. This is not a survival game. I'm not into that. (Although, the Abbey is optional. But there are rewards and a lot of stories )

Some QoL improvements and the new DLC characters, I'd recommend this game. Tho, the Abbey part of the game is still pretty... bad... but I think the combat is outshines that part. I hope there will be more DLCs coming later. Maybe also makes the NG+ better than what it is today/
