Fortunately I bought and beat this game before they bethesda'd it all up with denuvo. Everything they touch turns to ash. Todd Howard, you can screw up your inhouse titles all you want with your broken engine and incompetent programmers, but please leave your sub-studios alone. They're actual devs that don't need your bs infecting their games. It's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ doom, all you had to do was wear your publisher hat and do nothing else. But of course you didn't. You're bethetic.

If Blue Reflection was a poor man's Persona 5, Tokyo Xanadu eX+ is a poor man's Blue Reflection. At least Blue Reflection was good enough to beat. This game is just lazy all around. I really tried to like it and then just dropped it. On top of all that, with whatever jurassic engine they're using, it's capped at 60fps and dsr doesn't work properly. Trying to use dsr just zooms to a native sized rectangle of the selected higher res.

This is the first time ever that a self published Koei Tecmo pc game actually did QA. I've returned most of them due to horrible performance. Please keep doing this Koei Tecmo, you make good games but when you make ♥♥♥♥♥♥ pc ports I return them and I also don't buy the console ver because that would be rewarding bad behavior. You've done well with this title and I hope you continue to keep doing so. Keep in mind I've only played the first bit of the game and I'm only talking about performance.
Prior to this title, the only time a Koei Tecmo game performed well was when it was published by another company and they forced actual QA.

The level design is such garbage that I have no will to complete the game. I'm not even going to google it. I wish I played less then 2hrs so I could return it. I wish they used a sh1t1er engine so I could return it for performance reasons instead.

Can't get a stable framerate, let alone even get to 60fps, with a 1080ti. I think i've figured out the pattern. If Koei Tecmo self-publishes, they skip QA on the pc version and never support it post-launch. If another company like Square Enix or Nintendo is the publisher, the pc ver gets QA.

Too Short, nothing new mechanic-wise. Felt Like over priced DLC of the previous title.
