POOLS isn't so much a game as it is an experience. A niche experience, but one that I will never forget.

Bleach-white, endless, silent, eerie mazelike poolrooms are the things you usually only get to see in a strange dream. But POOLS allows us to visit these dreamstate sequences while we're awake. And it's absolutely horrifying.

Is something following you? Are you the only one here? Who built this? How did I get here? Is there any way out? What was that sound? Did I even hear a sound or is it in my head?

These are questions I found myself asking over and over while I was completely glued to the screen while playing POOLS. Unquestionably one of the most atmospheric and immersive games I've ever played.

I recommend POOLS. I just wish it were about three times as long. But POOLS is as unique an experience as they come. I can't wait to revisit POOLS in the near future. Hoping for updates/sequels/expansions!

Great job, Devs!

THE QUINTESSENTIAL FLIGHT SIMULATOR!

I have been a longtime fan and flight game enthusiast. I was introduced to MFS in 1998 and since MFS 2000 was released, I've been hooked. I've played every new MFS game on launch day since then, and let me tell you, without debate or hesitation. This is the best one ever made.

A huge bravo to Asobo Studio, Microsoft, and everyone involved with this game's creation.

It's brilliant. It's realistic. It's fun. And best of all, it's one of the most astonishingly detailed and ambitious video games EVER MADE.

Pick this one up, you don't wanna miss out! See you in the sky!

I recommend this game solely for the CAMPAIGN, not the hilariously sub-par multiplayer.

The campaign is absolutely astonishing. The most "Halo" feeling campaign since the original, in my honest opinion. Truly brilliant pacing, writing, soundtrack, (open)world design, and characters. The Chief is back with a new AI, and with the help of a UNSC Pilot, he's ready to face the Banished on the Zeta Halo. A deep, immersive, emotional, and explosive campaign that's well worth the price of admission.

Score: 10/10 - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Summary: This is simply the best Halo campaign since "Reach", and most definitely the most "Halo" feeling campaign since "Halo: Combat Evolved". Truly, truly brilliant stuff.

The following review is a reflection of the game's multiplayer, NOT the campaign.

The love is all gone.

This just feels like your average, everyday, bland, faceless multiplayer e-Sports arena shooter. It just doesn't have the heart of a true Halo matchmaking experience. The maps are actually terrible, not to mention there aren't nearly enough of them. The weapons are very difficult to learn and use, and the experience is just lifeless. The levelling grind is far, far too slow STILL, and the rewards offered are of no interest to me, so the matchmaking is actually something I don't see myself ever playing. It's really too bad, because with how brilliant the campaign was, I certainly had a lot of hope for the multiplayer.

Here's hoping that the Forge system will be as simple and intuitive as Halo: Reach's Forge was, and hopefully it will allow us to at least have some fun custom-made multiplayer matches like the old days. I am also keeping my fingers crossed for the future of the entire multiplayer platform in this game. It needs to change. A lot.

Multiplayer: 0/10 - CAN NOT RECOMMEND.

THE quintessential 3D platformer game. As a day-one PlayStation 2 owner of this video game, I couldn't be more thrilled to see it finally here on PC, along with it's sequels in it's definitive HD edition. This game has it all:
- Lovingly crafted characters
- Vast, expansive worlds to explore
- An overwhelming number of items to find and collect
- A great balance of challenge and casual gameplay
- A soundtrack that will quite literally be stuck in your head permanently
- A story full of hilarious dialogue and heroic cliches
- An experience which never gets old:

Even after eighteen (18!) years of playing and re-playing, I find myself constantly enamored with this incredible, classic platformer. If you don't know about this game, make yourself familiar quick, because you are actually missing out on one of the greatest video games of all time. Pick. It. Up.

A perfectly balanced, endlessly replayable, gorgeously well-made multiplayer FPS experience. I mean, it's Unreal, what do you expect? It's the latest finished entry in the legendary Unreal Tournament series, and it's one of my favourite team FPS games of all-time. The maps are meticulously crafted, and the vehicle combat is so addicting. Pick up this game for endless hours of fun. Don't forget to gift your friends each a copy, too! This game is much better with friends!

The quintessential modern FPS experience. For the first time since Halo 2's Windows Vista release, Halo finally returns home to PC where it always belonged. Every one of these games prove time and time again to be timeless masterpieces. Thank you, 343i, for finally giving these games what they have always deserved. For those of you who have yet to enter the world of Halo, buckle up, and enjoy the ride. You'll never forget it.

One of, if not the greatest MMORPG of all time. A game so completely packed with content, that it is almost overwhelming at times. Anyone disputing the membership costs clearly has no idea what they are whining about. The membership fee is worth every cent - this game has the content of at least 5 full AAA RPG titles.

As of April 5th, 2021 I will be very happily celebrating 15 years (!!!) with this masterful game. Thank you for all the memories, the magic and the music. I love RuneScape, and if you've never played it, you absolutely should. It's quite easy to fall in love with something this special.

Early Access Review
This game could not come more highly recommended. For a free game, it's a statement in itself to say that this game is more than enough reason to invest in a Vive. This is one of VR's killer apps. The devs are devoted to development of this game, and player feedback is super important to these devs, whom I cannot give enough thanks and props to. Thank you to the devs for creating a free game that has so much free content, and so much potential, and thank you to the community; the players; for being so awesome and inviting to the new people who are entering Rec Room for the very first time. It's an absolutely wonderful experience playing this game, either alone or with a group of friends or online strangers. I recommend this game at the absolute highest of recommendation. It's worth your time, and it's worth paying attention to this game.

Pros:
It's completely free - no pay to win, no loot boxes, no microtransactions.

It's a very well done game - virtually bug free, and the content is so unbelievably fun and immersive.

Frequently updated with fresh, fun, amazing new content that makes an already outstanding game even better.

Cross platform play between Vive, Oculus, and PSVR is awesome. Really stoked that PSVR people get to play this incredible game.

The community is amazing, friendly, and so inviting.

Cons: None.

10/10. Please get this game. Support these amazing devs. Treat yourself to this amazing game.
