Honestly, if my hours are anything to go by, I think I've gotten much more than my money's worth out of this program; it is without question the best pixel art software available right now. I very much recommend it!

Look, I'd like to give the devs the benefit of the doubt here and assume they do genuinely care about the health and safety of their game and players, but I don't think the way they're implementing EAC is the best way to approach this.

The accessibility problems are the largest issue at present, and something to address that should have at bare minimum, been added /alongside/ this update, and not after it.

Furthermore, for a game that's more or less entirely built on its community, why would you harm modding support? That's more or less one of the defining features of a community based game and allows for way more expression and convenience, yet that's gone now in place of... a very mediocre anti-cheat system that does almost nothing to fix the problem they were claiming to solve with it.

I can't recommend this game until they either deliver on what they promised (adding in things to help with accessibility, as well as some convenience features), or just remove EAC entirely.

I want to recommend this game so, so bad. There's a lot of things I love about it; visuals are amazing, the concept's rock solid, and the exploration focused direction the game took is super fun... but that's about where my positive comments end. Region locking the gear feels really silly, it feels like all the progression I made is meaningless in the end. On top of this, the world can feel a bit empty at times? There's points where I'm walking without much of anything around me, and the quests feel somewhat lacking with the rewards they can offer.

I don't think the game is unsalvageable. I think it could be amazing with some post launch support, and it feels made for something like steam workshop support too. The latter statement might just be wishful thinking though.

This is my first time writing a Review, so I apologize if there's a few non-sequiturs.

I remember picking up Skyrim for the first time on my Dad's ps4, and it was my first exposure to an Open world RPG. Every time I visited him, I played it whenever I got the chance. Eventually when I got a computer of my own and saw it was on steam, i got it, and played it some more. I always found there was something new for me to do in it. The mods this community has made are also extremely fun, and honestly, i'd recommend the game for them alone.

I'm not the kind of person who usually likes FPS games, but this one is actualy quite fun! It has some really cool ideas and it's a blast to play with friends. My only real issue with the game is the community surrounding it, it can really be toxic as hell sometimes. If you're able to put that aside, though? I would say it's worth getting.

This is probably one of the best rpg's I've played. The graphics are beautiful and everything handles really nicely, as well as the story itself being very enjoyable. I like all the characters, and even just the setting of the game is really cool. My only real complaint is that platforming can sometimes be annoying, but thats a really minor one. I'm excited for the full game to be released, and I definitely would recommend this to others!
