While the price point is rather high if you desire the full experience (DLC), and the wild shifts in game mechanics throught the development can be a little much for some, in my opinion this game has done nothing but get better as it has aged, due mostly to the constant diligence of the developers. I definitely recommend this game to anyone who enjoys rts/space/4x/micro games or any mixture of those. Everyone else should also get it when it's on sale as I think others may end up liking it too. :)
