Fun game but I won't be buying the Battlepasses as long as they make them expire.
This game is not big enough to keep me playing through the whole pass in a limited time and acting like it can compete on that level is insane.

I think this is the first time I've ever seen an ethical gacha game

The game is amazing but every time I launch it I have to re-do shader compilation and it crashes like 7/10 times

feels like generic hero shooter slop. couldn't even be bothered to give the matches some exciting music. also the characters are constantly spamming annoying one-liners.

update: made it to level 7 and had my first bad match. immediately got flamed by half the team and told to uninstall. think i'll take their advice.

Fix the servers.
Getting 700ms ping on every 5th instance is insanely unplayable.
Same issue as PoE1.
Doesn't happen in any other games.

Can't play the game with my friends because they're in America and I'm in Europe.

Easy Anti-Cheat makes the game unplayable. I'm not running anything besides the game and keep getting kicked. What a joke.

I am genuinely impressed by the quality on display here. The atmosphere is so thick you can cut it with a knife.
This tiny team decided to fight an insane uphill battle to bring us the most intense game I've played since Hunt Showdown while enforcing ethical monetization and an attempt at returning to "the good old days" of gaming.

First off: This game will not be for everyone. Right now it has a lot of bugs and performance issues as expected in early access. But even when it's finished, it will be a niche product.
So what niche is this? Who is it for?
If you enjoy games like STALKER: GAMMA, Hunt: Showdown, Tarkov, Into the Radius or punishingly difficult mods that turn games like Skyrim into a survival immersive sim.
If you like Immersive Sims in general and play them on a high difficulty, forcing you to choose your battles wisely.
Then I'll say this game is definitely for you.

game allows you to test all characters but locks half the roster until you've played an undisclosed amount of matches. it also does not tell you which heroes will be locked when you try them out.
this has resulted in multiple matches where i was forced to play a character i had never tried and my teammates flaming me.
who thought this was a good idea???
