A big change up from the first game and in all the right ways.
Some reviews moan about info overload but if you play the campaign before endless mode then it walks you through all of it and it is very easy to follow.

Beautiful game, a fresh and VERY welcome new instalment to the franchise!

Perfection

This is a "neutral" review which errs on the side of negative.

The game has it's moments where it's fun but after a couple of games, I found it lacking. There's a level-up system but nothing to really strive for. There's plenty of cosmetic items but even then, I feel like what's the point? The level up and customisation should go to vehicle armour, guns, wheel types, engine and such. I shouldn't be locked into using that one car with that single weapon and the few things I can unlock is a squig on the side and essentially, some new rims.

Let me build some daft car design, mix and match everything. There shouldn't be a lock on what can use what. We're playing as Orks, with their psychic level, if they think it works then it does!

So, with essentially having nothing to play for, the game becomes quite lacking near immediately.

Great game! One of those where you go "I'll stop in a minute" to find you're still on hours later. I've lost hours into this game at a time!
