atlus needs to work on making their games run better. for as old as the engine is, the game should run better out of the box. requires some tuning of settings depending on your platform. locking to 30 fps helped things run better on steam deck. all that said...

if you're a fan of past atlus jprgs you are in for a treat. fresh take on turn based gameplay. where p5 stumbled a bit out of the starting gate, after the first hour, you really get to going wherever you want without being railroaded. UI looks great and lends a lot of character to the game.
