Don't be discouraged by the f2p, once you get the hang of the game you can easly make your way up the premium market. Plus the community is pretty friendly, for instance one player who helped me out as a noob just straight up gave me 100 plat. So if you head into this game with an open mind you should be bound to have fun.

I highly recomend this game! People might say the game is a bit unforgiving, but guess what life is unfair too. Though, I felt that the story was a bit short. DO NOT FRET! Banner Saga 2 is currently in development.
Gameplay-It's basically a turn-based strategy game and you can collect items and level heroes to improve their stats it can be hard at times, but I found it intriging and enjoyable enough to set asides its clunkyness.

Art/Music- I was literally bloooooowwn away from the art and quickly fell in love with it, a decent amount of the game you can view the landscapes and stare in awe with the atmosphere it creates. The music felt like it had Nordic origin and it seemed to perfectly blend in with every scene.

Writing: The game offers so much options, meaning so much replayability to discover the possible outcomes you could've have missed.

Overall, this is a game that was money well spent and I hope you get to exprience the game the same way i did
