Hi, I'm Leca/Lecharoc . A Father, husband and a gamer. Yeah i'm an old dude, and kinda oldschool player from Finland. I used to be a tryhard/semi-pro Counter-strike player back in the 2000-2010, but nowadays i'm just playing for fun. I love games and playing them with friends.

I'm a part of esports community/organisation called Valoiz , a society that started from a small CS clan. Nowadays it's a community for over 200 adult gamers on Finland.

I found out about Counter-strike back in 2000 and it was a love at first sight. Of course, cheaters, smurfs, trolls and toxic players sometimes get's the better of me, but during these 20+ years I have mostly enjoyed my time with our beloved CS.

And because of that love, I have worked for several companies and organisations during the years. From that 20+ years I have worked over 10 years against cheaters and toxic players, as admin on different organisations/services and also as a part of anticheat development team for anticheats called Cheating-Death, Choac and SSC. Yes, it's the neverending battle, but it's still worth it.

Nowadays I am retired, but these are the great companies / organisations that I've worked for:

I joined Esportal on 2020 as Overwatcher, and worked my way up on the ladder. I was the first finnish support moderator on Esportal's history, and later on I worked as the head admin of Finland. Esportal offers a great competive platform for nordic players, with plenty of tournaments and other services. I used to work with great colleagues. I retired on december 2022.

Clanbase was the biggest competive gaming site back in the days, offering ranked ladders, tournaments, nationscup etc for a variety of games. I worked as CS EU, FI, NO and Baltic ladder supervisor from year 2007 and until the end of Clanbase.

United Admins Society Of Finland, also known as UASF and Admins.fi was collaboration of finnish CS server providers which used same banlist for all servers. During the years of UASF we banned over 5000 cheaters from finnish servers. I worked as admin and later as whinemaster, between years 2004-2010.

I am one of the five founders, which founded the clan back in 2002. Since then, Established has grown into esports organisation and community. I've been on manager position since 2007-

I used to work on RCTIC esports management and also as a Tracmania player between years 2010-2012.

Codename used to host CS servers for finnish players and clans. I worked as CS admin between years 2008-2010

SurffiNET was a gaming community and a finnish server provider for CS and CS:S servers. I used to work as admin between years 2004 and until the end of Pelit Surffinet.

2online was organisation founded by me on 2004. Our goal and focus was to provide free gaming servers for CS players, and also Ventrilo servers and mirc bouncers. 2online was operative between years 2004-2012.

Gamers.fi used to offer elite and vip level CS servers for finnish gamers. I worked as game admin for years 2005-2007.

Verkkopelit offered free CS servers for finnish players. I worked as game admin for years 2005-2009.

Widebit offered free CS servers for finnish players. I worked as game admin for years 2005-2006.


Of course, during these 20+ years I have also played on many teams. Many of them will be strange for you, but they all have made a big impact on my journey. Couple of them were also great teams on the leaderboards back in the days:
