Ultrakill is a game where you can imagine the stupidest, most insane and deranged way to kill an enemy. And there is a 90% chance that you can do it. You want to kill a big rock demon using a rock that you can punch into him, then shoot it so the rock can explode and the rock demons immediately dies? Well, you came to the right place. Ultrakill feels like doom, quake and devil may cry combined, at the lower skill level. Although if one were to invest some time into playing the game, it transforms into a sandbox of demolishing demons and angels alike using the most unusual of methods.

You can punch your shotgun pellets to make them go quicker and explode, you can throw and shoot coins in the air. You can throw some coins behind an enemy then use a weapon that penetrates that enemy, hit the coins and do insane amounts of damage to that enemy. Sounds insane? Nonsensical? That's because it is. And there is hundreds more of such combos you can do in the game.

For overall gameplay, Ultrakill is great. It makes enemy encounters satisfying to go through and always leaves you with a feeling of accomplishment when you finally beat a level or a room that you were struggling with. It doesn't force you into the "fun-zone" directly and gives players time to ease themselves into it.

Story. For a game that is "Kill demons first, story second". The lore is well written and very interesting, if one decides to actually read into it.

The game, in terms of difficulty, is accessible to pretty much anyone. At the time of writing this, the game has only four available difficulties. All with their unique perks and buffs/debuffs.


All in all, the game is a solid 9/10 and I would recommend it to anyone that likes movement shooters and crazy combos.

The gameplay is good though, very addictive. And the overall feel of the game is great, the gunplay is quite unique I'd say and the learning curve is high but fun.

I was also told my mother is a ♥♥♥♥♥. Highly recommended!

This is a very good, cute, time wasting, fun and interesting game. Even though yes, it can get boring at times. If you get the dedication and taste. It won't get boring for a very long time. I didn't interact much with the community so i can't say anything about it. So, new people that are wandering if they should buy the game. Sorry! The graphics are good so is the art style (its verryyy cuteee >-<) there isn't a story line (at least i don't think so) so i can't really say anything about that either. Overall, i recommend this game a lot to people that like cute things and waste their free time (which this game is a very good way to do it :p) and to everyone else! Good day!

Its a really nice game and i like it! Its a nice horror puzzle solver. As well as the simulacra talk is just really good. I recommend it if you like horror games and investigating!
