Everything about the game was updated well and looks very nice, with the exception of the characters that are pure pixel vomit on modern tvs. Even dropping the resolution to the lowest setting at 720p, the characters are still a glob of indecipherable eye puss.

Real shame.

Gonna give ReShade a shot later and gauss the ever-loving ♥♥♥♥ out of the game. Not ideal, but hopefully it makes the pixels somewhat tolerable.

Easily one of the best modern Beat 'em ups. Very fun to play.

Deadpool DLC Gets a D
For Damn good. Had me laughing and the missions against the vampyres and Sin were fun. Blade hates everyone (except for Carol), but he especially hates Deadpool.

Just wish it was longer, but what's there is done well.

Devs refuse to fix the dialogue looping bug. They know it's there. They know how to reproduce it. They don't care.

Oh, and don't bother posting about it because they will just ignore you.

It's not gonna ever be on any best of lists, but I enjoyed my time with it. New game+ even on hard is a joke because the enemies are at the same levels as your previous playthrough. Such a bizarre decision.

I do hope this gets a sequel that improves on the flaws. There's a solid core.

This is a really good modern improvement of the old formula for a Beat 'em Up. Oh, and Skeletor's voice. That's worth a few brownie points by itself.
