I'm mostly an RPG gamer. I prefer one-person games as opposed to MMOs or anything like that. Co-op is okay, if it's with a friend.

I prefer RPGs because I just like being immersed in a story. I love open-world, open-ended games a lot, I liked fixed stories, I like multiple endings, etc. etc. Some favorite series are Mass Effect, Dragon Age, Pillars of Eternity, stuff like that. I love sci-fi and I love fantasy. I also love plenty of standalone games.

It's not just RPGs I'll play, though they are my favorite. I'll even admit to liking The Sims a lot, too. Ain't no shame in that.

Still hoping to build my own gaming desktop at some point, but that keeps getting further and further away from me. Maybe I'll settle for gaming laptops for forever. I currently have a gaming laptop instead of desktop because I'm kind of nomadic, so like, I want my games with me.
