LovePlus meets Doki Doki Literature Club with side dishes of Needy Streamer Overload and Undertale.

Much meta, wow. Pretty good for free, over in two hours.

I suck at this game. Water in the fire, why?!

Nominated for Best Game You Suck At in the Steam awards.

Update (2024-05-03): The road system is much improved now, and I can recommend this game as a nice simplified logistics planning simulator. Good effort!

Putting a minimum length on roads is the single worst game design decision I have seen in a city-building game. Game otherwise looks interesting, but cannot recommend in its current state.

A fun visual novel with colourful art and good voice acting that is like a playable arc of episodes from the anime.... from the middle of the anime, that is.

The game omits pretty much all of the exposition of characters and setting that occupies the first few episodes of the anime and as a result, anyone going into this game without being familiar with the Re:ZERO story will be very, very, VERY confused by it all.

Overall recommended, but if you haven't seen the anime, read the manga, or read the novel, give it a miss until you have.

This is the greatest RTS of all time, finally on Steam.
I must have sunk 10,000 hours or more into this in the 2000s, playing it from CD.

The only downside of this release is that if you want it to run nicely on modern systems, you basically have to use the CnCNet launcher to run it, which will mean it doesn't show up as playing in Steam (I had to sit at the menu for the five minutes of playtime required to write this review).

This game is essentially the core gameplay loop of a Civilization game, sped up to the point where you can get a full conquest game done in an hour... and it's actually good!

Perfectly distilled essence of roguelike with an attractive Castlevania aesthetic. Extremely addictive, extremely entertaining. My only complaint was that the music gets a bit repetitive, but that's what volume controls are for.

Fun little bite-sized game made by a small indie team. Very short, but who can argue with the value proposition of "free"?

The plot can be summed up as: There are hostile alien creatures, and you have a couple of guns and a bag of platforming tricks. Have fun.
