It's got issues, sure. But there's no doubt that this tour de force of a game has gotten me back into a habit I never thought I'd find myself in once more: obsessively thinking about how to become better at a game.

The developers have been very responsive and communicative as they can be, and their updates and patches show it.

Enough has been said about this game, now I say: just jump out of the plane at least once and see for yourself if you have what it takes to enjoy a chicken dinner.

I first saw this game while I was vacationing in Japan at an indie game convention in Kyoto (Bitsummit 2015). I never gave it too much attention until it released on Steam and I've been having a blast since. Though the aesthetics and style of the game may lean more cutesy than I'm used to, the gameplay is what keeps me coming back (and the potential for the game to improve due to the developer's involvement with the community). If you've ever enjoyed co-op games (PSO fans especially), you'd be right at home with Gocco. It's a blast playing with friends, and the community is very friendly and helpful.
