I mean, It's Satisfactory.
It's pure cocaine for conveyor belt addicts like me.

If you expect this to be ETS2 in space, it isn't.
It's fun for an hour but then it's just a slow descent to bankruptcy whatever you do.
Not fun at all loosing money when you're doing everything right.

For a free game, you're really getting into an interesting & deep gameplay.
Sure the interface could use some polishing, sure it's lacking some QoL, but it's a genuine new idea, and the devs are lovely.

Give it a try !

This game is a jewel. It's worth every penny

I dreamt about this game, and I still believe hard in its potential.

But for now, it's just a graphical revamp of the first one with half the features of its predecessor not yet implemented.
Just wait for a few more months before investing *check notes* more than double the price of the first.

Oh and yeat, my 400$ GPU barely makes the minimum requirements... but if that can reassure you, it's mostly laggy on planets & VAB. Space runs smoothly.

4 years after it has been declared finished, this game, while it has somehow defined its genre, is in poor shape.
It suffers from numerous bugs, some of which can consistently make your game crash.
Please let it go and have a look at all the games that sprouted from this one's seeds.

I cannot stress this enough :

Expect to fail and retry often, even most of the time. Which makes succeeding truely rewarding. (with cosmetics, mainly)
The game does nothing to help you and likes kicking you where it hurts. Health and ammo melts like butter on any occasion, all errors are punished in a matter of seconds and rarely recoverable.
And when you'll think you get it, you'll discover you're only the the early levels of difficulty GTFO has to offer.

That being said, its ambiance, the tension and oppressing feeling are unmatched in the industry today.
You'll hate having launched the game today, but you'll play for 4 hours straight and come back the next day willing to retry

TL;DR : Great but frustrating

Pros :
- already very deep and doesn't lack content so you can play right now
- Interesting gameplay, the feeling of accomplishements is there

Cons:
- Lack of auto-save makes game overs very punishing, especially given the "slowness" of advancement
- Despite its "raw" graphisms, this game will EAT through your GPU all day long (probably needs polishing)

A lot of promises. A few QoL and UI tuning is required, but the gameplay is ON POINT.
