The negative status will be forever kept unless ground grind after 6.7 is going to improve, especially RP gain.

Ground is such a dead content in higher BR and the grind is absolutely horrendous in the current state.
Possible to grind =/= Needing to spend more than $60USD to grind another 500 hours (Or spending more than 400 games in the certain premium tank) before getting to modern stuffs, and this is with premium account and tanks, imagine without them.
Also lets not mention how many Russian stuffs that are added into the game recently which simply breaks all balance in top tier the last 3 major patches.

4.3k hours and sadness.
