Antonblast has a lot of potential with its amazing soundtrack, fun voice acting, and impressive art direction—you can really feel the love poured into this game.

The animations, while well-crafted, don’t always suit the game’s small resolution during gameplay, making it hard to follow the action (though the cutscenes look stellar). Even with accessibility options, the visual clutter can be overwhelming at times, with excessive shaking and flashing effects - an option to lower the brightness of the background to make the player and enemies stand out would be appreciated, in my opinion.

Some tiny bugs here and there can occur, I've experienced mild stuttering to broken full-screen with the game only taking a quarter of my screen, fixed by a reboot, alongside some weird game interactions with gimmicks, but nothing game-breaking.

What could be a fun and dynamic platformer can occasionally feel headache-inducing.
The transition from fast-paced gameplay to precise platforming can be a bit off-putting at times. With the clear Crash Bandicoot inspiration, an all-around "easy" mode would be a welcome addition, avoiding the need to buy items to make certain levels easier.

Don't underestimate the difficulty of the game. I came out of most levels feeling frustrated by the difficulty of certain parts, rather than being in awe of the great cinematics and events.

That said, the game shines with its varied levels, rich themes, and a colorful cast of characters.
If you're up for a challenge and can push past the chaos, there’s a lot to enjoy here.

despite its hiccups, i was still enjoying the game up until the 3rd major boss. it is, to put it lightly, "very bad." everything since has been frustrating. the level afterwards was a fetch quest filled with tons of cheap traps and frustrating enemy placement. the final level (which i'm currently stuck on) expects perfect input and memorization of the entire level. some people call it a difficulty spike, i call it lackluster design.

make no mistake-- i like this game --but the last quarter of it is very frustrating. i'd say "hope it gets changed in an update" but it probably never will.

i'm actually so happy (though admittedly saddened) that people are actually acknowledging the same problems i've had. this game just doesn't feel right AT ALL. but i only see people just absolutely slobbering all over it because "it's le funni wario gaem" like cmon man. if i get frustrated as early as level 2, then i think this game has a genuine problem.

Glad it's not just me, it's like my eyes can't follow anything onscreen. Pizza Tower was never an issue despite having such busier graphics and faster pace. It's the fuzziness and poor color/silhouette contrast. I think a lot of the graphics are actually just filtered to look pixelly, which makes everything blur together.

Thank you for this. I also had the same experience feeling like there was too much going on at once. I never had that issue with Pizza Tower. I just don't think this game is very well suited for people with ADD/ADHD
