Coming from someone who has almost exclusively played BR games for about 6 years now, this game is great. It's fast paced, has good hit detection and is the first game since EARLY H1Z1 days to really make you feel accomplished when you win. Definitely a must for hardcore BR grinders. Downside: mostly hardcore BR players are playing, definitely a high level skill required to compete game. Also relatively poorly optimized with too much strain on CPUs. I have a 1080ti and an I7 7770k and I run medium to low settings just to reach 120 frames. Overall, Definitely a recommended title that I only see a bigger future for.

As a survival game, it has amazing potential to become the number one game with a few updates and fixes (which are constantly coming as of now). As for the Battle Royal game mode, easily the most enjoyable game thats been released this year. Would love to see a few more things added, but besides that the game is amazing! The one negative is (supposedly) the battle royals will be pay to play in the future :/
