It's good, get it.
I can't believe I'm actually addicted to it.

Server browser has been fixed, finally!
ICO changes have been dialed back which is awesome, although its still not quite there.
Version 8.2 should address this with improved gunplay, looking forward to it.

There are still issues, e.g. major frame drops (100-0) on ADS with PIP scopes being my major frustration plus general poor optimization. However it seems the devs are aware of the optimization issues and are working towards fixing it with the UE5 rework.

Is this a good game?
Yes, it is.

Why the bad reviews?
1. It's a full price ($100 AUD) title
2. It doesn't offer any new and interesting gameplay experiences, if you played CoH2, you have played CoH3.
3. It has a couple rough edges and bugs, mainly some UI/UX stuff but its relatively minor.

Gamers expect more than half decent execution for full price games, it needs to be spotless, especially if the game is just a sequel that is not at all innovative in terms of gameplay.
So ya done messed up the release Relic/SEGA with ya overblown marketing and pushing for a deadline and it likely cost you a lot of money.

That being said, its still a good game and I've had fun playing it.
If you liked CoH2 it's more of the same with new factions and maps.
It's a solid RTS title, good foundations, decent execution.
I'd recommend it if you like CoH and want some new content.
