Seemed very complicated, but the tutorial is AMAZING.

I wanted to like this game. I probably have about 4 hours of actual game play in it, and I've giving up - it is just TEDIOUS.

After 3 hours, I can say I'll play this for another 3. After that I'll hope for more content, but for the money ($15) this was already worth it - fun game!

Great game, great music, fantastic art.

100% my GOTY -- this is an incredible game. Think Risk of Rain meets Tower Defense. I'm put way too many hours into this in a short time! Love it and just want more. Yes, it is Early Access but 12 hours in aside from VERY minor things it is bug-free and fully-featured beyond most fully released games.

The soundtrack slaps too.

Finnicky, and restarting after a failure takes too long/too many clicks, but I'm happy spending the $15 to see where this game evolves after EA. Keep up the effort Randwerk!

Very interesting game, I'm super excited for how it will flesh out with a full release. This Early Access is fun for some hours, so I'm glad I bought it now.

Looks like once you get to a few hundred pop the FPS drops a lot, and by ~1000 pop the FPS drops to ~10fps, and even when paused on 20fps. This on a 10900K@5GHz, 32GB, 3080 10GB.

As someone that loved Spintires and Mudrunner, this is the natural evolution. It has everything you asked for, except it also takes a step back in some situations. I'd say 7/10, could be 10/10 if Saber/Focus actually fixed things instead of creating new, paid, non-season-pass DLC.

EDIT: Its still a fun game if you're into this, but there are so many flaws. It has worse physics (truck and mud) than MudRunner, which is surprisingly kind of a huge deal. There are still gameplay/qol issues, and lots of feature's you'd expect - features that would make the game infinitely more fun and repayable and even approachable so that you can convince a few of your friends to coop it - that they haven't implemented. They keep pumping out DLC thats just new trucks or new maps, without any new features or functionality.

I love this so much, I can only hope it was a big enough success that SnowRunner 2 incorporates all the features one would want from this game.

The game itself is a marvel. As someone who grew up with MS Flight Sim in the 90's, this game is just... amazing.

DX12 is beta, and at this stage, a huge AVOID.

The download management system on the other hand? Truly, truly awful. I can download Steam games at 240MByte/s (yes, MegaByte - a smidge over 2gbit), yet FS wouldn't break 10MB/s. Could I access the menu to change settings, mute the game, change resolution, check download settings, anything.. no! What a piece of junk the download system is. I played the game for about a month with game pass but decided that the MS Store was too ♥♥♥♥ for a game of this size to actually buy it. I waited, and waited. Here we are, a year or so later, on Steam, and.... the data management system is still garbage.

Does it update in the background? No! Doesn't matter if its a 17MB or 30GB patch, it requires having the game running and won't pre-load in Steam so when I try to play I'm forced to sit and wait. Get your ♥♥♥♥ together Asobo!
