Disabling Ambient Occlusion definitely refuced flickering, but even with FXAA it still remains in some form. You could try using DSR if you have a capable GPU.

Well, when i disabled TAA i got rid of the effect when everything is blury when you move, but crisp when you stand still. But the image looked super edgy so i enabled FXAA and it kina inproved the image. I further enabled DSR and now run the game in higher resolution. I still see "stairs" effect on the textures a far, but i like it more rather than default TAA. You could see some of my screenshots from the game.
