In T-spawn it was, where I got killed, following a "come on dude" as my only clue to what might have caused this Spawn-Spanking of Danish origin.

Whether or not I deserved the aforementioned Spanking remains, of course, subject to opinion rather than fact - but it would have been nice to have known the opinion that led to my sudden death, so that I could search my soul and try to find a way to be of lesser annoyance to my fellow Terror-buddies...
