I have a lot of thoughts about this game, but I'll try (keyword try) to keep it short:
+ I like Jecka's characterization at various points, especially during her vent sessions...
- ...But the game didn't really do anything with that characterization.
- The game feels like torture porn. A lot of it is either angst or, in the case of the feet routes, long, drawn out, awkward moments. There's very little punchlines or any other type of catharsis. I'm not against bad endings, but I don't like their execution here.
- Namedropping Palestine in the trafficking ending just felt like shock humor. This is more of a personal gripe, as the game doesn't make any comments about the genocide, and, if you remove the fact that it's an ongoing event, it's not *too* far from other topics the series has joked about. However, I don't understand why else the creator included it besides to show that he's edgy enough to joke about an ongoing atrocity. It left a bad taste in my mouth.
- Jecka's dad is a one-dimensional character. You can only really enjoy him if you find his gimmick of alternating between being calm and yelling funny. I didn't, and the game doesn't treat it as funny for the most part given Jecka's horrified reactions and trauma. If the game was trying to make a serious portrayal of abuse, then I would've liked some kind of conclusion in the story involving Jecka's dad.
- Very short, but I wouldn't have minded this if the writing for the routes we had were better.

This game is really immersive, least it was to me. The design of every chapter and all the visuals are gorgeous, the soundtrack fitting in beautifully too. Most importantly the game has a lot of messages it's trying to convey that I think can really speak to someone on a deeper level like it did to me. The only thing I disliked was how short it was, but I think that's just an "aww it's over?" then an actual issue, which I think just goes to show even more how great of an experience this game was. Definetly worth my money.

Plague Inc. is a game where you control a plague & your goal is to eliminate all life on Earth. This is accomplished by upgrading your disease, whether it be bacteria, a virus, or something else, to increase it's infectivity, severity, and lethality so you can infect & kill more and more people.

Anyway, overall I like this game. There's a lot of different things in the game that you can do to have a unique and fun experience like different forms of a disease you can choose from (bacteria, virus, etc.), different difficulties (casual, brutal, etc.) and other ways of creating a unique experience. You can even take over the world with apes!

The game is strategic and can be very challenging. However, that's the fun of it, especially when you can name your disease a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ meme & have the end message of "xd has eradicated all life on Earth" or something like that.

But anyway, definetly reccomend trying out this game for anyone considering to do so. Challenging, fun, and rewarding. Great game if your into strategy games & destroying the world.
