In General, I found this game fun, and I would recommend it. Although I think Until Dawn was a better game, we need to take into account the Man of Medan didn't aim to be as good as Until Dawn (at least not on its own) Whilst Until Dawn is a game on its own, this is meant to be a series of shorter games, so the shortness of this game in comparison does not surprise me.

The graphics of Man of Medan are really well done and the Characters each have unique personalities, although where the Characters fail would be in the late stages of the game, many characters (if not all of them) tend to lose their quirks and become 5 people you have to keep alive. At the start, my favorite character by far was Brad and I had this mentality of "If Brad lives, Ill be happy" but as the game progressed, yeah he was still the same Brad but he lost some of his characteristics such as being awkward in conversation. With this, I still obviously wanted to keep him alive, but I lost that mentality from before about only caring about Brad.

The endings to this game are where this game (in my opinion) beats Until Dawn. Not only does it matter on how many people survive but also the choices you do affect whether your ending is good or bad, and I really like this. It makes for more variety on different playthoughs other than just "person X had everyone survive whilst person Y had everyone die" because Now its "person X had everyone survive AND the best ending whilst person Y had everyone die whilst person Z had everyone survive BUT the worst ending"

Man of Medan is obviously meant not to be played alone, with its 2 player Co-op and 2-5 player Movie night and (whilst I have only player single player from lack of friends) I could imagine that a Co-op experience would be significantly more enjoyable based on my personal experiences through single player and watching others on YouTube.

TL:DR: Game is good, obviously not as good as Until Dawn but this aims to be a series of many shorter games, not 1 big one. Graphics well done. Characters start of unique but lose their differences further into the game. More different endings than Until Dawn which means not only the amount of players alive matters, but also decisions made earlier can make it a Good or Bad ending. If you have friends, Play This Game with Friends, As it says in the trailer "DONT PLAY ALONE" This game was obviously meant for Co-op and thus, the game is way more enjoyable with more players*

P.S. if you have an XBOX or PS controller, PLAY THE GAME WITH THAT INSTEAD OF A KEYBOARD, the game uses WASD for QTEs which may not sound bad, BUT IT IS, I learnt this the hard way because 4/5 people DIED because I was not used to WASD being WASD in that way.
