EDIT: ok so i posted this review before finishing the game, and now that I have I do want to give an actual review. I think at it's core, this is just as enjoyable as the first game, the characters and their interactions being the highlights. However, I do have a lot of nitpicks with some things that happen here, mainly due to some extreme tone shifts (especially towards the end of the game). Some emotional scenes didn't hit nearly as hard as they probably could have if the tone didn't shift to it drastically from a very humorous scene a few moments ago. I also thought that some of the swimming and stealth sections in the game were really frustrating to get through, especially the stealth section, which i felt like the game didn't make it very clear how to get through.

All in all, if you enjoyed the first game, i think it's very likely that you'll enjoy this one. the story is fantastic and thought provoking, genuinely going to be hard to get this game out of my head for a LONG time.

I came into this with little to no expectations, but I was taken aback by how much care was put into this game, even during Alpha. It's so good that it feels like a completely finished product, despite how early in development it is. The best way I can describe it is "combo video: the video game." You can do so much crazy ♥♥♥♥ with every character, and the game even encourages you to do these ridiculous combos due to the sparking mechanic. The rollback net-code is also fantastic, and honestly some of the smoothest online I've ever played in a platform fighter. I highly suggest trying it out at the very least. It's free right now, so you owe it to yourself to at least give it a shot, especially if you're a fan of melee or rivals.

This game is like taking a true or false quiz, writing in "neither", and circling it.

I seriously did not expect to like this game as much as I did. Hell, I didn't even know it came out before I was browsing through games similar to the Danganronpa and Zero Escape series. But wow, this was such a joy to play all the way through.

The story is very well put together, and it will pull at your heart strings at certain points. The characters are deep and interesting; I found myself relating to a lot of them while I was playing. And my god, the humor is on point. I found myself selecting anything and everything just to see the interactions between the characters. I really think that the one major downside of this game is the price point. It is pretty costly for a VN game, but if you can find it on sale, I highly recommend picking it up.

Tf2 has everything, classes that play completely different than one-another, a crap ton of weapons for each class, and hats, and hats. I think this is what CoD and Battlefield need, none of those games have different play styles when you get a new weapon, sure it changes what you fire, but it doesn't give you a completely different way to play, like the spy with the cloaking device, or the medic with the ubercharge. With tons of load-outs you can pick from it has tons of replayability, and hats. It is an obligation to get this game if you haven't already, because it is completely free, SO GET IT NOW!!!!!
