Okay, this feels optimistic so far, they've actually introduced sensible changes to the economy of the game. I'm impressed.

Ruiner is a game that feels... unfinished.
I can't exactly point to why, but the whole experience just feels ad-hoc.

Oh boy where do I start.
The Gameplay: It gets a bit of getting used to, but once you get into the flow and discover how to properly parry and execute combos, you can start doing some amazing stuff. Executing finishers is some of the best ♥♥♥♥ I've seen in video game history. The controls are a bit wonky thanks to this being ported from consoles, so the controls are just literally emulating a PS3 controller, but it's not *too* bad.
The Story: ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ insane. Truly a masterpiece. I've never seen anything like this before.
The Graphics: Didn't date too bad. The pre-rendered cutscenes have a tendency to age poorly but the in-game visuals are pretty good.
The Music: My only complaint is that there's too little tracks. Pretty much every song is really memorable though, it's amazing.

All in all, it's a classic and everyone should play it.

Completing the Mission is quite worth the price.

This is essentially an expansion to the endless mode with a little bit of story mixed in. You've got some new power-ups, some minor secrets to discover, although overall by the end it becomes rather lackluster, being glad that it's over more than I'd like to. If you liked the endless modes in the original and want to mix it up a bit, this is pretty good.
I have not gone for 100% completion yet, so this may change in the future.
