Took me only 9 years to complete.

This was such a feast for the eyes when it comes to art and animation!

+ Beautiful art and animation.
+ I liked the story (can be confusing like any Gainax anime series).

- Pretty simple gameplay. Some controls weren't explained very well.
- Dialogues and cutscenes can't be skipped (gave up trying to 100% because of this).
- Too many cutscenes. Victory animation plays too often (even for small mob battles).
- Story pacing can be a little rushed in some parts and characters seemed unnecessary.

I still look forward for new titles from the Pixpil.

Gameplay, animation, art direction and music 11/10

In my friend's words; It's like Fatal Frame and Silent Hill adopted a Taiwanese child.
For me, it was a wonderful game. It was almost like sitting through a Satoshi Kon film.

I don't like running zombies but I like these running zombies.

Music, animation, art direction and gameplay. Everything in this game is absolutely beautiful. The game truly shines in it's Recursion (New Game Plus) mode.

Diablo with guns and in first person. Had a lot of fun collecting guns. A lot of DLC content to keep you going with this title. The story is entertaining. Fingers crossed for continuation of the story in future installments.
