Worst one in the Dark Pictures Anthology. Save your money, get something else.

Good things:
The sound desing.

Bad things:
Bad Textures. Bad Animations.
Terrible Camera Movement. It just feels so clunky.
Randomly getting teleported from Point A to Point B for ... reasons?
Bugs that directly influence the game and lead to character deaths which you therefore can't avoid.
Not alot of choices, you wander around for enternity and the one decision you can make in about 30 minutes may lead to character deaths without prior notice. It feels more like gambling tbh.
Character that suck at any logical thinking.
A story that doesn't make much sense overall if you think more then 3 seconds about it.

Generally it was a nice idea but a terrible implementation.
