It is average Point and click puzzle game. However they tried something different. So for connoisseurs of the genre you may want to pick up. However for the average gamer, not worth the price. It is short for what it is and the genre is niche and due to that is kinda easy for everyone. If it was cheaper I would give thumbs up. But such is the nature of the industry.

Meh from me. Honestly average and really just using the Monkey Island brand to justify its price.

Graphics turned me off at first, however thinking it over, all the monkey islands had a different look. So I got over it. That saying, it felt... too modern. Like they want you beat the game, not your head. And honestly some of the best moments of this series is the agony and ecstasy of getting unstuck. However it does what is goals are and performs correctly. So they put out a good product. Jokes/story is just not there, feels like they followed the motion, but no heart that made the other games what they are. I do like the different levels of hardness, but they held their punch. However as I said, it stinks of modern gaming. Too smooth on game-play with every thing else phoned in.

So I have to say this is more of a children's introduction to Monkey Island. As in, sit them down to try it out. Maybe they will capture that wall climbing you had in the pre-2000s. But the way internet is today. Doubt it.

As for the rest of us. Lets admit. The point and click is niche. so if you like that game style, you have to buy this. Not cause it is average, but because you need to make a market for it.

A demo for a full game. More like a prologue for the main game it seems, however I got this for free and walking sims not my cup of tea. I suggest they just make this free and sell the full game but not my worry. If it was a free, I would give it thumbs up. Because for a demo it shows what the game is about and gives you just enough story for you to see the hook. But otherwise, meh.

Strange game. Nice puzzle rooms. However you may be pushing the cost vs benefits. Some people will think it is worth 2 dollars, others not so much. After you do the first room, you should decide if you want to keep going or not. You have 5 rooms, and even tho they different. they are the same, look at clues and figure it out. Can eat time, or you fly thru. If you like it, you may want to look at the bundles. May make it more worth it.

Meh. Any game that puts out demo is being honest, and needs respect for that. You get what you see here. Reminds me of the flash days. People tried and most where just good to past time. Not the best, but I bet this is a 1 man or small team trying to do something they love. Wish them the best.

I think I got this for free. It is a walking sim/old school puzzle. Not the best, but it does what it wants with a story to try to inspire you to stop playing video game and touch grass. You could do it in less then 1 hour and refund if you have to pay for it. However that is your call. It is pricey if not on sell. Tho honestly better to just to find a walk-through online.

Just don't expect what you think when you hear "video game". It more is an interactive movie/ inspirational lecture.

Nostalgia trip to the currently around 30 year olds that use to play flash games in school. If you don't fit that, then not for you.

Yes It is bad, but that is the point. It is self-aware bad. if you can't grasp that then you need another game.

I call this a product of the awkward teen years of video games. 2000s was when video games blew up both socially and technology wise. So good to at least look at how games evolved. I had issues with going back, however others experiences may vary.

This is kinda the first one in the series. That or it is more of the turning point. First game is a different beast and this one is more or less what the other games are like. I suggest you try 3 first, however can't go wrong here. Unless you played the first one. This is not like that, that was more serious and this is where they started to be light hearted. However a good bridge between the 2 games.

Ya, its a moba. Value payed for the rights of the father of that genre. Then updated it from mod to full game. Honestly no point to look at reviews due to its a dying genre. But you do you.

Well this is important to know cause I am suspicious of all e-sports. Like it or not too many "GOATs". That is a sign to me criminals are washing money.

Lets be clear here. They don't want your money. They want to clean their money. So they get the masses to believe in one "super" team, over bet on them. So they can drop the drug cash on the guy with 1 to 100 odds. So when he "losses", they can get their cut and pay the taxes, there by cleaning it. If the government looks in to it, well its just a lot of drunk guys betting on the loser for a dream, who also happened to pay with hard cash. Trust us.

Take my word or not, but we both know no hard proof is ever going to see the light of day. Hell even if I am 100% on the money and there is a major conviction, it will be off statistics and he said/she said. Hell anyone could be apart of it with out knowing. Cause like it or not, a lot of people never ask questions.

And I am going to leave this. Of all the games Value has made in last 10 years, what percentage of them are chasing a fad in e-sports? Like this game? I can only think of that Alex VR game. I can't prove anything cause that requires many hours in many private accounting books, however I can publicly state my suspicions.
