极其垃圾的客户端优化——尤其是每次匹配第一把选英雄前必须进一次试用英雄模式，否则会出现bug直接卡死在选英雄界面
极其糟糕的服务器优化——无论是哪个服务器，因为各种原因退出之后，大多数情况下点重新连接都很难再回到游戏，路人局即使重新连接也会超过五分钟等待匹配惩罚甚至小黑屋限制
过于苛刻的匹配处罚——低优先级匹配惩罚期间禁止游玩多数模式且必须通过特定模式解除惩罚
仅仅是这三点叠加起来就足以劝退很多新人和回归玩家
