The Negative reviews you're seeing are people ignorant about the game, people refusing to summon yet complain they can't beat the Boss so it's "bad" yet it's their own skill that lacks their own challenge they set for themselves. The DLC is amazing. It's hard, which fromsoft players want, if it's not up too par for you, choose not to play it or just summon and enjoy the game. It has amazing beautiful visuals and incredibly well designed bosses. Do not let negative reviews impact your purchase, see for yourself. You have all the time in the world to play this game and enjoy it. Obviously needless to say, there will be patches. The Bosses will likely get nerfs as they did in the base game. Do not worry and enjoy, GIT GUD.
