A very solid game and definitely shows the love and care GGG has put into this project. The systems in the game are explained much better than in POE1 making it so new players don't necessarily have to rely on guides to even get started. Skills feel satisfying to use (at least with Lightning Sorceress). GGG are constantly listening to the feedback and actively fixing issues and making the game better. Excited to see what's still to come during Early Access!

It still is definitely showing flaws indicative of the Early Access status:
Incredibly RNG or expensive crafting depending on if you use omens or not

Visual clarity on some damage sources is quite poor especially with all the bodies and ground effects present
- Poison/blood pools
- Some explosions
- Rare mobs exploding corpses

In general the amount of damage the enemies do feels like it's highly inconsistent. Sometimes you take no damage and some other times you get oneshot out of nowhere by a normal enemy.

Map sustaining in end game is ranges from manageable to downright impossible if you don't dedicate atlas skillpoints purely to waystone droprates especially if you run a squishier build.

Losing the map completely if you die combined with the random one shotting makes feel quite bad
- Maybe instead of completely losing the map, dying instead removes 3 portals to avoid encouraging 0 defense builds?

I would absolutely recommend picking this game up. It's challenging but rewarding.
