Ultimately, at the end of the day, this is a pack designed to show your support for the developers in exchange for a few simple cosmetics. Is this going to change your Tower Unite experience? Not really. But I've played enough Tower Unite to dwarf my original investment and have no issue throwing a bit of cash towards a pack like this for some simple cosmetics if it means supporting the developers.

Something to note - if you have this and Supporter Pack 2, the "Supporter" titles do not stack, so you will only be getting the profile backgrounds. I would recommend getting Supporter Pack 1 over this if you have to pick one.
