-Quick spawn time cuts down on waits to get into the action
-Good variety of weapons and tools to customize your play style
-Skill can trump numbers in most cases
-Unskilled players can play to their strengths to avoid letting skilled players run over them
-Good variety of gameplay modes
-Can find a match quickly in the server browser

Cons
-Bad ping can effect higher level duels allot
-Some frontline games can be one sided because they allow players to select their matches and sides
-Kicking team killer is harder then it should be
