after 100%-ing this game in about 10 hours and some change i can confidently say this is one of the smoothest, cleanest, fastest, and most fun fps's i've played in my life.

absolute peak. 100/10. buy it if you like being able to shoot guys while doing backflips at 300 mph

i've thought this since the first public demo was released, and now even more with the early access release. besides being a absolutely baller game this feels like a benchmark of whats possible with GZDoom

i wanted to give this game a positive review to balance out the negative ones, because when the game actually works its some of the most fun i've had in a 4 player co-op experience since deep rock.

i don't think they expected to have 700K+ people trying to play the game at once when helldivers 1 was a pretty niche game, and it shows that they were woefully unprepared for the traction this game was going to get.

the servers are currently a mess and plagued by issues, but i don't think that takes away from the fun i've had with my friends while the game is functional, and i can't with a good concision dogpile a negative review on a studio actively working on fixing their games issues that are caused by a surprisingly massive player count.

tldr: game good, servers bad, give it some time to get past the growing pains and you have one of the best 4 player pve experiences to date

hysterically laughing at your friends deaths: the game

a good foundation to build on, there's a lot of things that still need work/changes but so far its a lot of fun. but please please PLEASEEEEEEE make it so the bots can do more, it sucks playing solo and not being able to grab all the bags (dirty ice's funny ball for example) just because i cant tell a bot to hold a button for a few seconds, also bots being able to use ziplines would be nice so i'm not alone until they catch up. i could keep going on and on but i just wanna say if you liked payday 2 and want more, play it but don't expect the amount of content/features from 2 (at least yet.)
