One of the best survival horror co-op games and one of my favorites. You basically survive and kill waves of different types of specimens until you get to the boss, Patriarch. There are different classes you can play as, which specialize in specific weapons. The harder difficulties definitely need good team work and it can get really hectic, but it is incredibly fun with friends...
