not the best but I still love it for what it represents + a free history lesson

I have returned to the game after 3 years of break and almost forgot the fun I had at the beggining. After refreshing my memory, I can say that I'm not going to leave soon.

Simply good, pretty well optimized and balanced in comparison to some other online games I have encountered; also, buying a premium ship doesn't mean "instant win" so there's plenty to love.

You get your premium account and ships worth back via in-game currency through time by faster credit/XP earning.
That way it's less of a grind and I find this as a time saver in the long run.

Game has it's quirks, yes... good and bad times... sometimes the silliest team players you can dream of but for casual player like me, it provides daily dose of fun and "emotion variety" in front of the PC; which I need and for that, I love it.
Simple, yet sophisticated as much as you want it to be.

Warm recommendation to any naval fan and captain out there.
There is a spot for everyone...give it a shot, you might end loving it.

good and fun game for every Elder Scrolls fan out there! my last ES game was Skyrim which I loved and I fell in love again with ESO...

As I don't play it for "sport" or "must win", just occassionally for letting the steam off with AI, I can wholeheartedly recommend it to just about everyone. It's instant classic favourite shooter, what's not to love ?

One of the best (if not the best) games I ever played. Old school game mechanics and a proper RTS. You should give it a try !
