I've played NGU to the end and a number of idle games to their middles that are all quite good. This one was was up there in terms of how much I enjoyed it and only the 2nd one I reached the end game. It is quite engaging with good pacing throughout. There was only 1 time that I was debating stopping, but I pushed through and leveraged some of the consumables to get me through that little rough patch. It took me ~2 months to get to the last mechanic if you want to know roughly how long it will take you to see what the game has to offer. Each mechanic either stays relevant or eventually becomes static so you are never micro managing annoying things.
