Euro truck simulator 2 is just a relaxing even the base game give you good enough gameplay to drive around, but i have also to recommend the dlc's packs for more content.
In the base game you will game The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Great Britain and a the north east part of France.

However for the mount of dlc i recommend to purchase base game on sale, because each dlc map cost around the same price as the base game.
