Hidden gem

Seeing how anton is a weapon fanatic i find it strange that there are fake weapons included in the roster.
Would love a option to filter these abominations out.

Also the game modes get boring fast.

The textures of the models look extremely bad and out of place, like they belong in Borderlands.

The people i came acros in game were absolutely fantastic, nothing but helpful, but i must say the skill-gap between the veterans and me as a new player makes this game terrible to get into.

The basics of what needs to be done is never even explained, not to mention the maps are too damn big. There's no use in spreading 100 players so wide, action runs thin and most bases are just like shooting fish in a barrel.

The sim is great however, but the graphics are heavily outdated.
Great selection of planes too, but also allot of classics are missing.

I get the game, but i also don't get it.
Would recomend if it was a one time payment, but the subscription pricing is too much.

Car switching ruined this game.

I really expected there to be something of a game after 8 years.
There's still not much to do and the UI is infuriating to use.

EDIT : 10 Years and still in "early" access :D

Sandvich

Jack of all trades, master of none is what comes to mind.
Also made to make you frustrated and get our wallet out.

Somehow these modders made the game even more unstable then it already was.

Just way too many flaws to be enjoyable.

Pros

You can tune your own car, and race it.
Good mod support.

Cons

Game crashes all the time.
The game's content is really inconsistent, quality wise.
Paint booth is too small for the camera to move in.
Menu freaks out in fullscreen.
Settings are sometimes randomly reset to standard.
Game is laggy as hell without any reason.
Most of the races don't function correctly.
And when the races are working, they're a walk in the park.
Racers still hit you in the back after races, even after update 921.
And when they do, you can't return to the garage with a crashed car, 'cause the game crashes then.

If this is what they came up with after 3 years of developing a already developed game, i'm really unimpressed.
It's a overglorified, unstable, overpriced mod if anything.

If it wasn't for the game crashing all the time it would've been playable, at least.

Update :

1 year later, still the same.
Only fix i noticed were the other racers, they dont hit you anymore when the race is done.
Now they just stop halfway in the race and crash themselves, it's something i guess.

Update II :

Another year, and many crashes later.
It's almost like nothing has been done.
And the the DLC is a total joke, updating the old cars is the least they could've done the past 5 years.

Update III :

Another year and oh boy, the game is still one big mess.
The older bugs are still present, and two new ones showed up.
I fell trough the ground, and 30 minutes later i was greeted with :

"Buffer overrun detected!

A buffer overrun has been detected which has corrupted the program's
internal state. The program cannot safely continu execution and must
now be terminated."

And i couldn't agree more, the game's corrupt in every single way, and should be terminated. Thank you Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

When the game works it can be fun though, only buy it when heavily discounted.
